Theatre Coup d’Etat is bringing Angels in America back to the Twin Cities! Angels will require an ensemble effort, built with a high level of energy and most roles will be physically demanding. Casting is open to all age, gender and ability, and we encourage people of color to audition.

We are very excited to announce auditions for our upcoming Fringe show “Choose Your Own Adventure!” directed by Jake Wellington and Katrina Zahradka! It is a choose your own adventure show that incorporates parody of common quest and hero tropes. The rehearsal process will have a strong focus on camp and collaboration. Our main goal is to have fun and come up with something entertaining to participate in/watch.

Set in London in 1720, this play explores the historical machinations of Jonathan Wild, who employed thieves and highwaymen and then turned them in for profit if they crossed him.
Roles (5 male, 1 female):
Jack Fowler, dashing, fearless, a "gentleman of the road"
William Reynard, a young writer whose gambling problem drags him into Fowler's schemes

We are casting a new show for the Minnesota Fringe Festival. “Waste Not” is a scrappy little comic drama about dumpster-divers whose good intentions might be leading them down a slippery slope. We promise it won’t smell like garbage.
We are looking for:
-Jay, male, college or early twenties: an adventurous and charming hippie guy with a darker side (hint: anger issues).
-Alena, female, college or early twenties: a sweet and idealistic recent college grad.

We are seeking a bass/baritone/low tenor for our summer season. The roles are Peter Quint in "The Turn of the Screw", "Pooh Bah in "The Mikado", Sergeant in "Pirates of Penzance" Johnny Hooker in "The Sting" and 3 ensemble shows conceived specifically for this season.
Great comedic timing a plus.
We provide housing rehearsal pay and performance salary. We do not offer travel assistance.

Theatre Terra Firma is taking on its second annual Shake in a Day Project and we need actors!
Last year's project was a huge success and so we decided to do it all over again! We know there are a lot of questions about what the heck it is. So here we go...
1) What the heck is Shake in a Day?
Basically what we're doing is an entire Shakespeare production in 24 HOURS! That means from selection of the play to design to rehearsals (and memorization!) to performance in one full day.
2) When will this madness happen?
Yellow Tree Theatre is holding auditions for The Diary of Anne Frank directed by Jon Cranney.
The Diary of Anne Frank will be the first show in Yellow Tree's 2012 – 2013 season, running September 21 – October 21. This play is told from the point of view of fourteen year old Anne Frank as she revealed her life in her diary written while hiding from the Nazis with her family during the Second World War.
